How Science Has Destroyed My View Of The World

Its not often that you will see science and destroy within the same sentence. Its quite oxyymoronic.

I am a Molecular Genetics and Biotech student and i do love it, but if i could go back in time i would say to myself:

Now, don’t get me wrong i absolutely love the course and what i am learning is amazing. I not only feel privileged, but also honoured at the opportunity.

Here’s why:

My course covers a range of disciplines as a sound understand of not only the physical organism level, such as humans, but also the molecular level is required.

When switching on a gene an understanding of the domino effect from molecular to cellular level to organism level needs to be know.

Here’s what I cover in my course

That’s a great range of studies and as you could guess, provides me a great knowledge of a range of topics that we encounter in life.

But you see this is where the issue lies.

Remember the days when you left school and life was great. you were full of opportunity and enthusiasm to take on the world. Many people lose this ability soon after entering the real world and the applying for entry into the rate race of life.

I never lost this ability. upon finishing school, I progressed to becoming a Sales Representative at a Real Estate company, then went on to be a self employed Finance Broker.
